6 LIVE 90-Minute Group Coaching Sessions

Zeroing in on the specific needs of two participants per week, Meri Walker, The Virtual Meeting Coach, owner of BeingSocial.Us, will assist a small local group (12 participants maximum) in working through translating your expertise from old-style one-way messages into lively conversation in social media and real-time virtual meetings.

Over a 6-week period, members of the group will learn and practice simple, effective "21st Century Social Skills" by observing, mimicking, and collaborating with other members as participants take turns working 1-on-1 work with Meri.


Each 90-Minute LIVE Session Will Cover:

PLANNING - How to determine just what you and your clients/audience want from each other so you can use effective social media engagement strategies and FREE virtual meeting spaces to allow  people who need your help to get what they need from you - from wherever they are.

PREPARING - Using Meri's simple approach to structuring social media engagement and her best selling e-book, The Coach's Short List, you will learn how to use simple FREE tools that make it easy for people to learn, work and play with you online.

EXECUTING - Learning how to think on your feet - using lively multi-media - as you deliver  effective service to others from a distance.

FOLLOWING UP - How to set up and provide simple online venues that support your people  in following-through on things they learn from you - and new action commitments they make - without being pushy or 'slimy' in any way!

Week by week, I will answer any questions you have. All you have to do is either email your questions ahead of time or ask me personally, after we have completed the week's live coaching session.
1 Private Coaching Session With Meri (With An Option to Add a 2nd Session)

I want to be sure that everyone gets the personal attention that you deserve, so I have decided to include a very valuable private 90-minute initial orientation/intake session at the start of the program.

Then, as the program progresses, if you choose, you may also schedule a 60-minute private session with me, either during the 6-Week Program or during the 2 weeks immediately following the session. The Private Intake Session, the 6 Group Coaching Sessions and the Q&A are incredible, but sometimes you may just need a little more 1:1 to put the material into action in your situation. Schedule
This 6-Week Small Group Coaching Program begins in mid-January, 2011.  Participants will be emailed dates, times, and clear directions to the coaching site. Real-time coaching will last 90 minutes, followed by a 30-minute LIVE Q&A session.

Please Note!
Participants will be expected to bring their own late model WI-FI-ready laptops, equipped with a working webcam and a built-in microphone (or a USB audio headset with microphone) and connect them to the internet before the session begins.

No time will be devoted to training in equipment use, so if you are not already prepared to use your webcam and microphone, please find someone to practice with BEFORE the first session.

Meri will also assume you have basic Windows and/or Mac OS management skills and can connect your laptop to a high-speed WI-FI connection on your own.
